The '95 model changed the power supply connection for the injectors. Earlier years had +12v always applied to the injectors even with the car OFF. This meant that the injectors could be resistance tested by probing the +12v battery connection and then buzzing out each injector via the ECU plug.
This wiring change for '95 means the key has to be ON in order for a common connection to be made between the battery +12 line and the injector connectors (all of them).
NEVER, NEVER try to perform this test with the car's battery still connected to the car.
